Resort Rules & Regulations
To ensure a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to follow these rules:
1. Check-In / Check-Out
• Please respect the schedule to allow proper cleaning and preparation.
• Early Check-In and Late Check-Out is only allowed if there are NO guest after your scheduled time, Additional fees must be paid.
2. Maximum Capacity
• Only the number of guests declared upon booking is allowed inside the resort.
• Additional guests must be approved in advance, and must pay for additional guest fee.
3. Cleanliness & Care
• Please keep the resort clean at all times.
• Dispose of trash properly in designated bins.
• Any damages to property will be charged.
4. Pool Rules
• Shower before entering the pool.
• Strictly no running, diving, or rough play.
• Children must always be supervised by adults.
5. Noise Control
• Keep noise at a respectful level, especially during quiet hours (10PM to 6AM)
• Avoid loud music or disturbances that may affect neighbors.
6. Safety & Security
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Always lock doors and secure valuables.
• Illegal activities and possession of prohibited items are strictly not allowed.
7. Smoking & Alcohol
• Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
• Drink responsibly. Management is not liable for any incidents caused by intoxication.
8. Pets Policy
• ONLY 1(one) PET IS ALLOWED.
• If allowed, please ensure they are well-behaved, with leash, and cleaned after.
9. Use of Facilities
• Use all resort amenities responsibly.
• Turn off lights, appliances, and water when not in use.
10. Parking Area
•Only 1 to 2 Small Cars are FREE of parking fee, otherwise, Parking fee may be charged.
11. Respect the Property
• Treat the resort as your own home.
• Follow staff instructions and posted guidelines at all times.
12. Clean As You Go.
•Make sure that your surroundings are clean before you leave the resort.
GUEST ARE OBLIGED TO OBSERVE ALL THE PROVISION OF THE RESORT RULES MENTIONED ABOVE. IN THE EVENT THAT A GUEST WILL BREACH ANY OF THE RULES, MANAGEMENT HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE AGREEMENT ON THE PROVISON OF RESERVATION AND ACCOMMODATION SERVICES BEFORE THE AGREED PERIOD HAS ELAPSED. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CHARGES OR TERMINATION OF STAY WITHOUT REFUND.
